Cyberbullying is when someone tries to harm, intimidate or humiliate you online. It can happen through social media, messaging apps, or online games. Cyberbullying can be hurtful and scary but there are ways to protect yourself and always remember to seek help.

Don’t stand on the same side If someone is mean to another one.

Cowardly!

You cannot hide behind the words you type and the images you post.

Hurtful!

Hurtful messages make the sender look bad and the target feels bad. It is a lose-lose situation.

It is OK to be scared!

Talk to an adult if you or a friend feel threatened or hurt by an online message.

Cyberbullying is wrong!

Consider cyberbullying as cheating in a game. Report to the site or network when you see it.

You don't have to suffer!

Block the bully and delete the bully from the contact/friend list.
